Excellent apartment for a family stay close to Shinjuku

Pros: The house was spotlessly clean, and had all the facilities that we needed for a family of five adults. Getting in was easy, and it was within a short walk of the JR station and several convenience stores. As a group we also appreciated having two showers and two toilets - made it easier to get everyone out the door in the morning! Was a great base to come back to after a day exploring!

Rare find- spacious and clean home in Tokyo

Pros: This is a spacious home 7 minutes walk from Higashi-Nakano Station. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, so we didn't need to carry our suitcases on the stairs. With two toilets, one bathroom and one shower room, we felt very comfortable. Check-in process was easy and hosts are also quick to respond.

Cons: The stairs are narrow and feels shakey sometimes. There's also quite a bit of noise from above/outside but the neighborhood is quiet at night so it's not too bad. It's mostly the wind.

Happy guests in a traditional precinct to enjoy with food Mart nearby

Pros: location was IDEAL with 7 family members of 3 generations..like a home away from home and a close train trip of 5 mins to the busy Shinjuku and quite secluded for time out relax

Cons: We found it an ideal price for accommodating everyone.Has a washer no dryer so an expandle clothes drying stand would be ideal as no outdoor area.
