Pros: The rooms are very clean and big compared to the Japan rooms. The facilities provided are also great. It is close to the station too. Would love to visit back

Pros: The location, the park was lovely to exercise in the morning

Cons: The mattress was very thin and quite uncomfortable

Pros: Host is responsive The room is clean and comfortable. Spacious room where you can open up 2 large luggages. Nearby supermarket and family mart. Close to Higashi Nakano station ; chuo sobu line

Pros: Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the train station.

Cons: Only down side was we had the first floor apartment and the noise from the apparment above was a little to much some nights.

Pros: We loved the location and the neighbourhood. We felt like locals while staying there. It is within walking distance from the railway stations, metro stations, and subways. It is also very close to eateries and markets for shopping. The size of the room was big and very spacious. A lot of room for your luggage as well. It was very well equipped. Host was amazing with very timely responses.

Cons: On the day of our checkout, we faced a minor inconvenience. There was no water in the building. However, the host was very kind and quick to help us out when we reached out to him/her. They sent someone as soon as possible as we had to leave for the station.

Pros: Good property! Had trouble with the stairs, but that was our only issue.

Pros: Our hosts were very friendly and patient with us. They helped us when we missed our luggage delivery and let us know when our room was ready. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay and the beds were very comfortable.😊 If you're staying in Shinjuku for your first time I would definitely recommend this place hop on to trains and explore. 🗾

The property was well equipped, owners were prompt to respond, really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: The place was incredibly immersed into a Japanese neighborhood and there were essentially zero other tourists ever in the area. This also meant that most food places around were excellent and very cheap. There is also a train station maybe five or so minutes away which was very convenient. The place itself is much larger than your typical business hotels, the shower worked very well, kitchen area was very organized and efficient, heating and cooling worked well. Overall very worth the price and I would certainly stay here again.

Cons: Maybe it’s because I typically use washer dryer in daily life, but the wash a small amount of clothes and then air dry process was a little bit of a hastle and wrinkle magnet. Of course, this is only really a problem for longer stays and there are laundromats nearby to circumvent this if need be.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso a poco meno di 10 minuti dalla fermata della metro. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nell'appartamento la mattina (dopo il checkout degli ospiti precedenti) ed effettuare il check-in alle 16

Habitación amplia

Pros: Habitación muy amplia y bien equipada. Contaba con cocina, microondas, plancha y baño grande.

Cons: Se encuentra algo alejada de la estación de metro para llegar a las zonas más turísticas, aproximadamente a 12 minutos caminando.
