Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros: The room was just right for three persons, with one double bed and one futon bed. The space was comfortable and well-arranged. The bathroom and toilet were clean, spacious, and equipped with a heater, which was especially helpful during the winter season. The contact person was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the stay smooth and hassle-free.
Cons: The time for check in and check out.

Pros: Great accommodation so close to local restaurants, convenience stores and 2min walk to train station. Very well priced for location and convenience and the place was nice and clean.
Cons: It must be close to an ambulance station because there were several sirens throughout the night that woke me up. Just bring ear plugs.

Pros: El departamento es perfecto para una estancia corta o media. Está bien equipado y no es tan pequeño. El baño es perfecto y es muy util para lavar ropa, puedes secarla en la terraza o con el ventilador del baño. Muy cerca del barrio coreano y se puede caminar hacia los principales atractivoa de shinjuku facilmente. Tiene dos estaciones de metro cerca que te pueden conectar tanto con linea yamanote como otras.

Pros: L'apartement L'emplacement le logement est proche de la station de tram(shin okubo),magasins,restau, Il y avait un yamato transport just en face pour envoyé nos bagages à notre prochain hotel. L'ascenceur également est vraiment un plus

Pros: This was a well-equipped modern apartment only a few minutes walk away from the Shin-Okuba station only one stop from the Shibuya station. The bed was fresh-feeling, firm, and comfortable, the apartment was large enough that I felt relaxed, and it was equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, AC, a washer, and a stovetop - basically suitable for long-term stays for 1-2 travelers, and is additionally furnished with cooking utensils and flatware As a foreign traveler this was the first time I encountered the Japanese bath/shower ventilation system which can be used as a clothes dryer, and in general the bathroom was well appointed with a good quality shampoo and conditioner and a good shower/bath. Overall this was a great apartment, enough that I actually extended my stay from 3 to 7 nights here.
Cons: On this website the listing is for 2 bedrooms. This is clearly a 1 bedroom apartment. This is not a problem for me as a solo traveler but I can imagine a larger group having a big problem with this incorrect description. Perhaps this is a translation issue, but this is a pretty major listing issue that needs to be resolved. The power outlets were not in ideal locations - I ended up using the bathroom outlet more than anything else. The one near the bed is also usable but the bed needed to be moved to make it usable. Being near a fairly major road you could hear road sounds, in particular the nearby crosswalk would make loud music sometimes. For some reason the main lighting didn't turn on correctly the first couple times I toggled it so it was very dark at first, but after the 3rd time it worked correctly. Except for the listing problem these are minor issues.
