Very good with some caveats to know beforehand

Pros: Good location near (but not sooo near) JR Takadobaba station on Yamanote Line, which provides easy access to all Tokio transportation system. Excellent price-value ratio.

Cons: It seems that there has been issues with the neighbors because guest making noises, so you must remain very quite, almost trying to appear that you're not there. As it is a residential area, usual services that visitors need are not so close (eg, nearest convenice store about 4 blocks, and no coin laundry in the area).
