Great for friends travelling

Pros: Great location, plenty of space and very good price.

Cons: Noise from the neighboring room was audible, but staff were very helpful when we complained. The windows are leaking cold air

lovely staff and excellent location

Pros: The biggest room we stayed in during our Japan trip, the room has its your own bath tub and the whole onsen feel to it I loved it. The staff was extremely warm we wanted to extend but they were sold out. I really like our stay here and would come back

Cons: the room locking system was a normal key and they had asked us to place it on the front desk, I mean that would improve but over all nothing much

Convenient!

Pros: Very clean and very well located to the shin okubo station. Staff very friendly and can speak English. We didn’t get breakfast here as there were many konbini and cafes close by.

Cons: Nothing necessarily negative. I personally found the bed too hard but my husband didn’t. Great value for money.

Pros: The hotel is old style, surely not a modern one, but all the same, the room was spacious and we had everything that we needed. The staff was friendly, and the position was very close to shinjuku. Great value for money!

Big room. Hotel has great staff. A bit noisy

Pros: Large room, one of the quieter streets in the midst of Korea town

Cons: Even though it is situated on a quieter street in the midst of the night life, people from surrounding restaurants and pubs are very noisy. Windows are not double glazed to block noise out.

Budget friendly and convenient

Pros: Our rooms were ready when we arrived, so the hotel let us check in ahead of time. Thank you Best Hotel.The room was basic, it had a mini fridge and kettle, a bit small but clean. There is a microwave in the common area to heat up food which is convenient. Staff was friendly and tried their best to help you with inquiries or directions . Walking distance to trains so we did not hv to travel far with our luggage. Restaurants a few doors away if u are fussed about food. I recommend this hotel if you are travelling on a budget.

Cons: No mini safe.

Pleasant Budget Hotel

Pros: Really neat and cool place. For the price, you have everything you need for a short holiday. Separate shower with nice shampoo and body wash and toilet and they clean the room daily. There is a kettle and tea provided. Mostly Korean food around but we managed to find some good Japanese restaurants, one even open 24/7. Just nearby there is a 7-11.

Cons: The towels are pretty small.
