Pros: cleanliness, completeness of facilities, location, ease of transactions. The kids also enjoyed the LCD projector

Cons: bathrooms does.not have eanough table space for toiletries/clothes after bath. but its manageable.

Cons: Hanging rack near toilet area to put clothes. Clothe in kitchen to clean tables and kitchen area, as the kitchen towel is not sufficient

Value for Money for Group Booking

Pros: I like the affordability of the apartment. For a group booking, it was just insane to get an apartment at this cost. The apartment was quite large compared with my hotel experience in Tokyo, with most of the necessary amenities to make your stay delightful.

Cons: The location of the apartment is quite far from the city centre and also from the nearby metro station. It gets quite challenging, especially when you are travelling with a couple of bags to drag all the way from the metro to the apartment, which is almost around 1 km or more.

Pros: 全棵出租的民宿，環境整潔，有洗衣機及乾衣機，對於長途旅行的住客而言十分方便。一樓設有三張床及投影機，方便友人一同觀看串流平台，小朋友亦十分喜歡。二樓有兩個房間，各有一張雙人床，另有用餐區及廚房，提供微波爐、基礎設施及用具，附近有超市，煮食亦方便。全棟有兩個淋浴室及坐廁。6-8人入住亦充裕。

Cons: 民宿位置與東京旅遊景點有一點距離，須預留通勤時間。
