Overall very good value for money.

Pros: It was a very convenient & quiet location and more spacious than other nicer hotels we have stayed in while travelling in Japan.

Cons: The doonas, while very warm were not quite long enough for our tall frames. Would have liked towels changed each day.

Pros: Simple affordable budget friendly accommodation. Room had a double and a sofa bed which was equivalent to a double also. Rooms were clean enough.

Cons: Rooms were very old and outdated but what you would expect for the price.

Pros: I had a very good stay at tokyo guest, the staff was very kind and they had daily housekeeping so the facilities were very clean. You have a fridge and a microwave and hot water in the common area. The location is about 15-20 minutes by foot from tokyo station, so very central. You also have different train stations closer to the hotel. The only downside was the big construction site in front of the hotel that started at around 8 am but thats not a fault of the hotel, and if you bring some earplugs you can manage to sleep through the noise :) i can only recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit tokyo!

Pros: for the price, it is amazing. the building and facilities are very thoroughly cleaned everyday by friendly cleaners. the location is very central and easy to visit most places in Tokyo. We landed at Narita airport which is considered the further airport but it still only took us 1 line to get from the airport to the accomodation. There are 2 convenience stores within a 2 min walk from the accomodation.

Pros: Receptionist was very kind in helping us store our luggage and helping us with our checking in. Very close to Tokyo station area. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Our space had a small kitchen and bath, which worked perfect for 1adult and 2kids. I'm not sure what the shared facilities side would be like but our short stay was restful and pleasant.

Cons: No restaurant or shop around the hotel. You have to walk about 300 meters

Pros: 急に泊るところが必要になり、チェックイン1時間くらい前に慌てて予約したのですが、チェックイン時にきちんと対応していただけて良かったです。部屋はリーズナブルなものだったようですが、バスルームが小さいながらもまだ新しくとてもきれいで快適でした。

Cons: 掛け時計が、電池切れなのか止まっていました。

Simple, efficient, clean

Pros: I got what I paid for: A small room with Shower and Bathroom on the corridor. Typical Japanese cleanliness and efficiency. There was always enough place and everything worked. The free WIFI, the hot water. There's even a (shared) fridge available. The staff don't speake english, but reacted promptly to any message sent.
