Overall, I was impressed. It was very clean, from the entrance to the room, and quiet.

Pros: I liked the quiet location; there was no noise at night, and the accommodation had all the necessary amenities. There were convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lowsan nearby, and plenty of inexpensive parking was available. The waste separation and disposal system is very well organized.

Cons: It's a bit of a walk from the train station. When using multiple appliances simultaneously, such as the TV, air conditioner, and hair dryer, the lights in the room will briefly switch off for 2-3 seconds, and everything needs to be restarted. Overall, it's not a big problem.

Pros: It's a great place if you don't mind the wall to the train station. Place is in a quiet area which is nice and the room was overall great value for money! Would highly recommend, again if you don't mind a bit of a walk.

Cons: Everything was exceptional. Though the TV, I had experience could not load Netflix even when I tried troubleshooting it. But overall, I will say I like everything.

Pros: Situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but it's very easy to go to anywhere in tokyo from the location. The entire property was spotless clean, with toiletries supplied inside, along with some cleaning products for laundry. The sitting room area feels like it's own little space, great for sorting luggage. The space was perfect for the length of stay in Tokyo. The staffless check-in and check-out procedures were pretty straightforward; this was given via email. All in all, pretty smooth and explained well in text.

Great stay in a calm neighborhood between Tokyo sky tree and Asakusa

Pros: Exactly as the pictures and located in a very quiet area

Cons: Getting the keys was like a small escape room.

Good value for money

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay! Location was fine - a quiet neighbourhood, close to combinis, and we didn't mind the walk to the station. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice and the washing machene was a great bonus. I was super impressed with the bathroom drying for the clothes! I only wish the towels were bigger but we still made it work. All in all you get what you pay for and we are happy with the time we had there!

Everything you would expect to find in Tokyo

Pros: The hotel is in a quite residential neighborhood but reasonably close to subway/train stations, there's pros and cons, depends on how you look at it. I like the place that it's basically a serviced apartment, toilet is separate from bathroom, and it has a washer for clothes (although it would be appreciated if more satchels of washing powders were provided). Overall I like it, it's self check in/check out, it's easy if you follow the instruction provided.

Cons: The bed is bit too small, I estimate it's 130-135cm wide (our bed in Melbourne is King size 180cm wide), it would be good to to at least upgrade to 150cm, but being in Tokyo this is understandable. However the quilt is too narrow as well so wife and I have to constantly fight for it during the night, since both of us are not big fans of turning up heating to a high temperature at night in winter. The sofa bed is not made when we checked in, so we have to figure out how to set it up for our daughter and make the bed for her. luckily all the sheets/cover etc. are all available.

Pros: Great location, quiet but close to transport and Asakusa area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. Clean, efficient, great customer service.

Overall nice stay

Pros: It was a very small apartment with just two small rooms . It was neat and clean and fully equipped with most amenities as one would expect . It was approx 20 minutes walk from the main Asakusa station and another 20 minutes walk to Tokyo Sky tree ( It is a must see as one can see 360 degree view of tokyo city - Literally birds eye view ; very organised) Breakfast was not served ( it was an apartment) But convenience stores were close by . Hot water temperature could be controlled through a wall mount control but it is best to keep the temperature at 60 degree as suggested in the instructions. It is advisable to read instructions before hand to make one's stay comfortable. Overall nice stay .

Cons: Obtaining keys were a bit of a challenge from key box though we did not have much difficulty but some other guests literally struggled to get through the code supplied.

Pros: Location is great, room size is perfect for familyof 3.

Cons: kitchenwear is very poor. wish has a better quality of plates and cups.

Relaxing stay

Pros: Location - walking distance to Asakusa train station, attractions & Japan goodies. Facilities - easy access to the floor via lift not like other property, access via staircase. Provides washing machine detergent- easy for us to wash our clothing. Even provided other amenities such as shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, face towel & bath towel. Kitchen utensils were provided too, complete set. Well equipped.

Cons: The bath towel too small (the size like face towel just a little longer). Unable to keep my body dry.
