Highly recommended. Very family friendly in a quiet location yet with all ammenities within a walkable distance

Pros: The location was great. It was far away enough for it to be quiet but close enough to walk to sensoji temple and surrounds

Pros: The location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk to the train station. The room had everything you could need to accommodate a family, especially if you were to cook meals. As it is winter when we went, the drying room to dry our clothes was a life-saver! The staff were amazing, the check in and out process was well communicated and very simple. Our young son left his sleep toy in the bushes outside and the owner arranged for staff to find it and package it up for us to collect - definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Pros: Check-in Instruction was clear. There was even a folder, which contained information for the appliances in the apartment. Clean and cozy apartment. It has everything we needed to use during our stay-washing machine and ceiling-clothes dryer in the bathroom,iron+board, microwave,fridge,tv. There were even 2 extension cords for charging our mobile devices.

Cons: The construction/road work noise ,just below the block was a pain. It Started as early as 8.30AM, throughout our 5-day stay.

Pros: The location very close to everyone . Nice and quiet street. Great facilities. Would stay again

It has everything we need.

Pros: The place is clean. It has everything that we need; washing machine, small kitchen with fridge, cupboard for your clothes and shoes, iron, hair dryer, toilet, bathroom, and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom too, there is a dryer. There is an elevator to the room. If you want to lock your luggage, there is a chain lock at the ground floor. The host is friendly and helpful although he only communicated to us via booking.com. It's not too far from the train station, about 10 to 15 minutes walk. We enjoyed the walk. The location is quiet too compare to the other hotel we stayed in Tokyo.

Cons: Like most of the hotel in Tokyo, the room is quite small. Enough bed for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 young children) but struggled a bit with our luggages (1 large, 2 medium and 1 small). But we were ok with it as we left the place early in the morning and came back quite late.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this homestay very much.

Pros: The location is quiet. The host provided multi usb charging device. The drying function of the shower room is fantastic. The use manual/ instruction on how to use the electric appliances has been very helpful for us.

Beautiful

Pros: The location was great as it was close to train station and close to Sensoji to pick up last minute shopping from the markets (can't go late though)! The Asakusa area was also nice to wonder around.

Cons: The reception area downstairs was messy and had a smell(not sure what sort of a cement or chemical smell) that should be removed.

Quiet, comfortable, and comfy.

Pros: Comfy beds, in suite laundry, quiet neighborhood, easy access to public transit main lines, great value!

Cons: A little bit tight for a family of 4 (Kids 7 and 4) and 2 large suitcases. Lack of food options within 10-15 min walk. Would still highly recommend staying here.
