great - would stay again, or recommend to a friend. excellent value.

Pros: A great place to stay for a few nights in Tokyo - was clean, quiet and well located. It is minimal, but has everything you need - including nice toiletries and coffee making equipment. The area had restaurants and cafes, and was walking distance to lots of interesting things - a great base for a city trip.

Pros: Very authentic Japanese home, perfectly clean with everything we needed. Check-in instructions and communicated very good. Short walking distance to sights, transportation and 7-eleven and Lawsons stores.

Pros: It's a 3 bed facility but I think it's ideal for 2 guests. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is really good. The Ginza Line entrance nearby can take you anywhere and that's me telling that as someone who travelled even the outermost regions of Tokyo.

Great room and location

Pros: Great location, a short walk from the tokyo skytree, subway lines and convenience stores, but far enough from any main street to avoid the noise. The futon beds were wonderful and really comfy..

Cons: A little cramped for three people with luggage, but enough room for everyone.
