Great location. Clean. Spacious. Great amenities.

Pros: The bathroom, shower, kitchen facilities were outstanding. Really spacious and a great place to be in Tokyo. The location was also very ideal. There were also small quality of life things like bin liners and washing detergent, drying rack and hangers.

Cons: Make sure to bring earphones if u want to sleep well! It’s very noisy. Also the double bed is quite hard and uncomfortable. I hope they can change that.

Excellent apartment

Pros: Lovely apartment with washing machine, great bathroom and kitchen. Location was also excellent because it had the different train lines at one end of the street and the other train line at the other so very convenient depending on train line you were travelling on. Easy access to everything…

Cons: All good

Nice unit, professionally managed.

Pros: Bigger than most for Shinjuku. Modern Japanese bathroom, good hot bath. Functional kitchen. Good use of space.

Cons: Doona could be bigger.

Lovely flat in very convenient location

Pros: The flat was lovely, clean and the host very communicative and polite. I highly recommend the place. Very conveniently located to explore Tokyo!

Comfortable, great location

Pros: Spacious layout for a couple. Great location, short walking distance to restaurants & train station etc

A relaxing retreat, close to everything but quiet enough to retreat to in the evenings.

Pros: The apartment is extremely spacious, with plenty of room for a family of 4 ( or more!). It was clean and located in a good spot. Having never been to Tokyo before, it was close enough to walk to a lot of the tourist destinations we had planned to see. Also close to stations when heading further.

Cons: Nothing really

Great find in Tokyo

Pros: The accommodation had everything we needed. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go and trains

Cons: If you're coming as a family and sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed, you have to wear ear plugs. The bedroom is not a problem at all. My wife and I were sleeping on the sofa bed, a little uncomfortable and we could here the noise from the streets all night. The walls a very thin. I managed with ears plugs but my wife didn't sleep well during our stay as she does not like wearing ear plugs

Cons: There was a lot of noise from main street during the night (ambulances, people...)

Pros: Super comfortable with everything you need and things labelled clearly. Staff very helpful and option to store luggage before and after check out much appreciated!

Amazing place!

Pros: Amazing location and amenities. The place is cllean, organized and quite big. Great communication from the staff. They were very helpful, prompted to respond every time we needed them, and also helped us by receiving our luggage that was sent from Kyoto in advance. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it.
