Pros: Spacious and comfortable, just a short walk from Akihabara, Okachimachi and Ueno. Shower and laundry were good, and lots of futons provided. Kitchen is equipped with plates and glassware (likely other things too, eat at the great restaurants nearby!). Owner is very friendly, transparent, and fast to respond. They let us store our luggage in the entrance after checkout as we explored the local area one more time. Property has seven floors, and an elevator. Bins are emptied daily, which was very nice. Cleanliness was good, nothing to complain about. Great AC, towels, shower toiletries and more.

Cons: Only two minor issues is that the wifi sometimes slows to a halt and drops out, and that the bidet didn’t work.

Good apartment!

Pros: Big space, good value, 17 minute walk from train stations but I used Luup e-bikes to/from the apartment to the station and that was fun. Everything was clean. Bathroom had all amenities you need.

Cons: The listing should clarify that the kitchen area is shared with the unit next door. Also, I could hear people talking and snoring next door

Pros: Location was good. Kitchen was well furnished with all amenities required. Property was clean and well maintained.

Cons: Space was slightly crunched. The sofa's and dining table could be smaller to give some room for ease of movement

Nice little apartment near Akihabara

Pros: Good place to stay, within walking distance of stations, akihabara and ueno park. Although the apartment is small, it fit 3 of us with no issues on a double bed and a fold out sofa. Good shower, good toilet, a balcony to hang things to dry. Cooking would be difficult in the small kitchen, but this didn't bother us. There is a shared microwave (shared between 3 apartments) which served us well, and a mini fridge in the corner. Small TV on the wall has about 10 channels and provides nice background noise. Overall I am happy with our stay. Staff were very responsive and checked in with us regularly.

Pros: Here you can experience a small Japanese apartment. All cooking utensils are provided for home cooking, so you can buy food from a nearby mart and cook it. If you use the heating and electric kettle at the same time, the electric circuit breaker will go down. Don't panic, just turn on the circuit breaker near the bathroom. The refrigerator seems to be broken. The 7th floor where I stayed was not as pretty as the picture, but it was simple. It was convenient to enter and exit the building. It was convenient to move around because it was in the middle of Akihabara and Ueno. I slept very well during my stay. The only regret is that I had to stay with one big towel for 3 nights and 4 days. It would be good to prepare extra towels.

Pros: The size of the room is very spacious. Close to three stations. Multiple restaurants in the area. The owner also dropped us off to the T-CAT area for a nominal fee.
