Nice clean apartment close to Akihabara

Pros: The unit is small but good for a couple, and has all modern conveniences. There is a kitchen, a washer and the bath has a fan to dry your clothes. It is close to a Life Supermarket and not too far a walk from JR Akihabara. The door to the building requires that you use your key, so it is a very secure building. Laundry detergent was provided. The host responded very quickly to my questions.

Cons: The main bed was a bit too soft and the second bed is actually a mat that can be folded and converted into a small sofa. We stayed for 4 nights and noticed a bit of odor from the toilet area after a few days. The Wifi didn't always work for 5Ghz, but worked for reliably for 2.4Ghz.

有家的感覺，很棒！

Pros: 看得出住宿方的用心經營，簡單行李就能入住，房內日常用品應有盡有，很有家的感覺，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，周遭生活機能很棒。是個會想再二訪的住宿。實際屋況與業主寫真一樣，沒有區別。

Cons: 1.上樓的樓梯偏小偏窄，沒有電梯，要特別留意臺階，容易踩空。 2.離JR 或是metro有段距離，地鐵御徒町5號出口有電梯，走到住宿地點最近，在藏前通大馬路過後就能抵達。離日比谷線秋葉原站稍微走一點，不過也有電梯通往。原則上交通有點步行距離，行動不便或是下雨天就會比較辛苦。其餘就像家一樣，很棒的感受！！！
