Sotetsu Fresa Inn Daimon

Would recommend to you all :)

Pros: The bed was so comfy which made me had a good sleep every night. Housekeeping did a great job for tidy up the room every day. Staff were nice and helpful with luggage picking up on my check-out day. They all knew what to do with this. The location was great, not too far from JR and subway station which was very convenience for us to travel around Tokyo. I would definitely back here for my next trip to Tokyo :)

Pros: Room was clean Hotel was clean over all Breakfast was nice Good location Loads of freebies able to take back to the room

Cons: Beds were so soild both myself and my sister got bad back from it Staff member in breakfast area looked quite sinister with face mask, gloves and apron. Something you'll see on The Hostel movie. Same staff member got angry at my sister for taking tea bag which she didn't know she wasn't allowed to do. Please place up signs to avoid this in the future.

Great location for traveling through Haneda airport!

Pros: Typical small room, comfortable for one person, and all the details are good enough for a safe, quiet and comfortable rest. We were particularly happy with the location and will definitely come back if traveling through Haneda airport again. it is not in the center of \

I had a great stay, thank you so much.

Pros: The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful and were patient with my minimal Japanese. They were successfully able to help me check in even after I lost the QR code from an earlier digital process. I really appreciate their kindness and consideration.

Cons: I struggled a little with the aircon, it seemed that the minimum setting was 25deg C (I could increase the temperature using the remote but it did not allow me to reduce it below 25degrees), but as I only stayed one night and I was able to open the window, the room temperature stayed comfortable.

Pros: The staff were fantastic and helpful. The room while small, were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small.

Cons: The price was a bit high for what we got. We know it was over the new year but it was still a bit much for the size of the room.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Conveniently located near Hamamatsuchō station on the Yamanote line, making it easy to get around the city. Close walk to Tokyo Tower also a perk. Beds were comfy but prepare for buckwheat pillows, space under the beds was helpful for storage of medium sized bags.

Great place

Pros: Location, staff and how it is actually coordinated. In Japan space is limited but they have an idea and solution for everything. You can get all amenities in the lobby so you don’t have to fill up the room. The toilet is a typical Japanese seat that is heated. The towels can be changed without anyone entering your room. You don’t have to leave your rooomcard in the electric supply socket as they have a special thing for that. There is a fridge. Microwave is available at the second floor

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t really mine. A late check it is almost impossible as everything is done by the computer

Very good location, easy to geet back to Haneda from this hotel via monorail

Pros: The area is full of great food places so you will have a lot of variety. Its very close to 3 train lines.

Very good hotel, modern and would stay again

Pros: This hotel was near a subway station which was very helpful, the hotel room was very nice and a good size. I found it secure and the staff were friendly. I would recommend and would stay again.

Pros: Hotel placed near the station for the monorail to Haneda airport. Comfortable, but the room a bit small (normal japanses size). Self-service breakfast, OK.
