Pros: We had an excellent stay at this apartment. It was comfortable for a family (3 adults, 2 kids) and equipped well (great washing machine/dryer in particular, an oven, a toaster). The beds were comfortable (4 double beds 140cm). We found several nice local shops in the neighbourhood (look for the dorayaki place close to Otsuka Station) and we liked the convenient access to the Yamanote line to explore Tokyo.

Excellent facilities in a great area, spacious comfortable and great instructions and friendly support! Loved it!

Pros: Very spacious for our family of four, with separate bedroom for children. Huge couch and generous table meant a highly comfortable stay for everyone. The washer dryer was so convenient, all appliances were handy and the instructions sent were excellent. Great prompt responses, Can’t recommend enough!

Cons: This is a second floor property so you will need to be able to get large luggage upstairs yourself.
