Nice Stay

Pros: The room has completed facilities and amenities. Clean room, soft bed. Shower room, toilet and wash basin are separated so they can be used at the same time. From the train station to the accommodation far about 350 m and will pass restaurants and 7-Eleven.

Cons: The accommodation does not have an elevator. If you stay in a room of four person and have large luggage, it will be inconvenient. And there is no luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out.

Pros: The apartment good and big enough for 3 person And the owner provides everything they care about the details

Cons: The bed was making noise for me it was ok The location far from shibuya 40 minutes by train for me was OK because I didn't spend time too much in shibuya and shinjuko The apartment in residential area so you really need to be careful with your move at night

Near to Otsuka Station

Pros: Closed to a convenience store, with public parking nearby, in a not too busy area, plus a tram station. I stayed for 6 nights, and the owner provided all the necessary items for the duration.

Cons: Unit quite small.

Okay experience..

Pros: Close to shops and restaurants. Always received timely responses when questions asked through booking messages

Cons: Its self checked in apartment, so no luggage forwarding, pick up and storage. It is still 500-600 mtr far from Railway station, so for us it was very far. There is no lift in the property, it was pain to climb the stairs with heavy luggage. Rail line goes close to property, could hear the train passing everytime. There was weird smell in the toilet, my kids refused to use the toilets and everyday we used toilets at railway stations or shopping centres. There was dust in quilt and mattresses. We all developed allergies due to that.

Value for money.

Pros: Its closer to Otsuka station. Lot of food options available around the area.

Pros: Good location, quiet area with many shops within 2 minutes walking distance. and rooms and bathroom was clean.

Pros: The location is great. Supermarkets and 24H convenient stores around. Walking distance to 2 train links. The room is clean and tidy also got a nail clippers and a first aid which I never see anywhere. Great communication in English.

Cons: It's hard with no lift when you need to carry all your luggage to upstairs especially with kids. It's a bit hard to for a self-check in with no one can help there. I helped an American family to get their room key after a long trip and more than half a hour struggle to get into the room.

Value For Money!

Pros: We like the fact that its very near to the train station and it was comfortable enough for a family of 4.

Cons: We had to climb up 3 flight of stairs with huge luggages.. but i guess there is always a give and take in every situation 😁

Pros: Peaceful neighborhood. Good location near to train station. Coin laundry nearby. Wifi internet very fast. Shower water pressure was strong. Complete instruction for easy self check-in. Host replies fast to questions.

Cons: There were no iron and ironing board.

Great location.

Pros: Close to JR Otsuka station and walkable distance to Shin- Otsuka station. Facilities were good. Very responsive host.

Cons: We are family of four. We all are tall so felt bit uncomfortable with the ceiling and the bathroom initially but got used to it.
