Location was great and allowed us to get around Tokyo easily.

Pros: Close walk to Otsuka Station and plenty of places to find food around the area.

Pros: close to the station. has everything you need. a bit small but that is to be expected.

Great place to stay.

Pros: The space is comfortable for 5 pax of us(2 adults,3 kids). It has everything we need, fully equip kitchen,rice cooker,kettle,microwave,fridge,stove,basic utensils n cooking wear. Very near to Otsuka station. 2-3 mins walk.Family mart,Aeon supermarket,7E, Lawson is just around the corner. Coin laundry is just downstair. Shower is good,the toilet bowl is automated. Very near to Otsuka mosque n easy to get halal food supplies (chicken,meat,rice,etc)

Cons: We need to climb up 1 floor to reach for the lift. It's pretty steep n very high. Please dont bring big size luggage if you are staying this apartment. The struggle is real.

Nice stay

Pros: Close to the train station and very spacious. They even provided an ironing cloth. The host was super kind and let us drop our luggage at 12pm. Really enjoyed our stay!”

Cons: The lift starts from level 2, so we had to carry our bags up some stairs before using it. It can be a little challenging if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage.

Amenities were great. I didn’t need to buy anything during my stay.

Pros: I had such a wonderful time during my holiday in Japan! It was super convenient, just a short walk to the local station and grocery shops. Everything I needed was so close by!

Cons: The elevator is accessible only from the second floor. It was hard for me to lift up my heavy suitcases from the ground floor.

Great location, easy to reach major attractions

Pros: The room was spacious, quiet and clean, with comfortable beds. Kitchen fully equipped. The location is convenient, within walking distance of Otsuka JR Station, making it easy to access major attractions.

Cons: The elevator is located in the 2nd floor, and staircase must be used to reach it, which can be challenging if you are carrying large suitcases.

Pros: 位置不錯離車站很近。 提供的餐桌還算大，可以買很多東西回來放在餐桌上，大家一起分享。 廚房用具充足。

Cons: 玄關有點小。 梁柱以及吊燈有點矮一直撞到。 洗澡時房間內熱水器運作的聲音很大。

Appartement idéal pour une petite famille.

Pros: Appartement relativement spacieux et très bien équipé. Emplacement au top !

Cons: Le lavabo dans la cuisine.

Pros: I liked the bathroom. It was kept clean and there were tons of toilet paper ready and all. I liked that they had a microwave and a hair dryer. Really helped. Location was super near the train station too. Easy access to convenience store and good restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

Cons: Probably only the fact that it said it could facilitate 5 people but both separate beds was too small for 2 people. Other than that it was a really nice stay.
