Good Place

Pros: We had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, cozy and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, eateries and shops within walking distance. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. They were also quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during my stay.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunpika as a family of eight—two adults and six children. From the beginning, communication was excellent, making check-in seamless and stress-free. The proximity to the train line was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the area. Ōtsuka is a charming suburb with quaint laneways filled with delightful cafes and restaurants, perfect for leisurely strolls. Sunpika provided everything we needed and offered our family ample space to unwind after our busy days in Tokyo. The property is a creative gem, featuring unique architecture and integrated art that added to its charm. It was impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. With full kitchen facilities, we felt right at home. We truly couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend Sunpika to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt

Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage war wirklich super, nur 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt und in einem sehr netten Viertel gelegen. Die Nachbarschaft war ein echtes Highlight. Das Hotel selbst war sehr schön und wir haben uns Wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Duschen waren auch sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen!

Cons: Es gab nichts negatives.

Superfint ophold i traditionelle japanske omgivelser.

Pros: Det er et traditionelt japansk townhouse. Gode faciliteter og der var rent og pænt. Dialogen med udlejer - via booking.com - forløb let og smertefrit. Huset ligger tæt på metroen, så det var superlet at komme ind til centrum. Samtidig lå det så tilpas langt ude, at der var stille og roligt. Inden ankomst fik vi en adgangskode tilsendt. Let og praktisk. Masser af gode restauranter i nærheden. Samlet set en virkelig god oplevelse i et (japansk) charmerende hus.
