I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Pros: The best part of the accommodation is that it has plenty of space, which makes it easy to pick and pack my luggage. The bathtub and bathroom facilities are fantastic. I really like the idea of having a separate toilet and bathroom. The gas cooktop and sink are perfect for reheating takeaway food. There is a 24-hour supermarket and shops nearby. It is conveniently located close to both Shibuya and Shinjuku, with bus and train access within a 10-minute walking distance.

Cons: I think it’s very close to an ambulance station. You can clearly hear the vehicles running overnight with their sirens and speakers on.
