Very good family place.

Pros: Great family place. Stayed on 101 with my wife and 3 kids and it was super nice. Spacious and very clean. Good sleep, well equipped. 10 mins walking to the subway. Nice little neighborhood.

with a little concern on day 1 finding out the key, to sum it all - our stay was comfortable.

Pros: Lawson and 711 stores are few blocks away. so it s easy for us to walk and bought personal stuff and food for breakfast. kitchen utensils are complete,

Cons: we had difficulty finding out the key location, the photo sent by email says and pointed an arrow where they key box is located but in reality the key box for our 201 unit was located below the building and specifically at building 101 right side corner facing the 101 unit.

Pros: A small, neat, clean apartment with kitchen, lounge and 2 separate bedrooms. Great bathroom and laundry facilities. Easy access to public transport and convenience stores. Not far from the centre of Shinjuku (25 minutes walk) but a rather suburban area - no nearby restaurants, sites.
