If you want experience how it is to live like a local, this place has you covered.

Pros: Even though the property is in the Nishiwaseda area, it is very accessible to get to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku and Ginza (via Waseda station and Edogawabashi station). There are also plenty of izakayas and grocery stores around. The neighbourhood is generally quiet, with the occasional car driving past every now and then. The noise was not a disturbance for us, but I would still recommend earplugs if noise is something that could bother you. Like most apartments in Tokyo, even though you could fit six people in there, 3-4 is the optimal amount of guests. This is taking into account that each person will at least have one suitcase. For our trip, it was spacious enough. Our host Daisuke was super welcoming and very quick to respond to our questions. Could not have asked for a better host!

Cons: We sometimes hit our heads on the hanging lamp closest to the bathroom/kitchen. Something to keep in mind is that the toilet is quite cramped, but it does the job.
