Great value for Tokyo

Pros: Easy self check in, had a little kitchenette and washing/drying machine, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Close to a bus station, 10 mins from the train

Cons: Everything walkable is closed at night and in the morning. Hard to find coffee for bfast or dinner. But it seems like there an issue with all of Japan outside of the major city center

Pros: In the north of Shinjuku; Calm area; 10 minutes walk from a station. It is a very small, calm and nice room. I would book it again.

Pros: The location of the house was very good, close to Waseda Station and the convenience stores. The bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Cons: The air conditioner unit had a lot of dust inside so we ended up not using it as the dust was flying away.

Great stay, amazing value for money, really good customer service

Pros: The apartment was clean, and there were lots of convenience stores nearby. Being able to get to the subway was also quick and easy. The customer service was also really great. Our flight was delayed and they were very friendly and accommodating. I called customer service at a very late hour because I struggled with checking in, and the man who helped us was very patient!

Cons: I think the check in process could use improvement (e.g. if this was via Airbnb, I would have received an automated message with how to check in, including all the pins and codes needed)

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is well located for the metro system, and once you get your bearings it's easy to explore ghe city.

Cons: The pillow on the first night was awful but there was an extra one in the cupboard that was far better.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood, easy access instructions and at the time, one of the best options for a reasonably priced one bedroom apartment.

Cons: Away from city's vibrant nightlife areas. You have to walk 10 min. until Waseda or Edogawabashi subway stations.

Pros: The appartment was very comfortable, small, but well organized. There was all we needed. The location was ok, in a very quiet area, with a metro close by (10min walking).

Pros: It is easy to get by. If you're looking to experience the living conditions in Japan, you should give it a go. Take a stroll around the area, visit Waseda University; there's a shrine/park 9 minutes away on foot, and the train station is also 9-10 minutes away on foot. You can find supermarkets and restaurants in the surroundings. It's a great experience with great value.

Cons: The place is small for two people, but if you're only there to sleep because you'll be walking all day, this place will do just fine.

Cool location, good value for money, recommend for couples that want good night sleep!

Pros: Quite neighborhood, location was good on one side subway on the other you have bus lines. Overall cute small apartment. Loved the washing mashine.

Cons: Bed was screeching on the window side. Utensils and plates were hard to reach. We missed dryer, but honestly in bathroom there was a realy strong unit that allowed us to dry clothes.

Good little appartment for a few days.

Pros: The place was clean and within a ten minute walk from Waseda station. The washing machine and tiny kitchen are handy. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after check in time. There was no way to get in or even contact our host. Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. We later learned that we had been sent a website that contained our code to get in, but that was not clear and in the dark of the night not easy to find.

Cons: Narrow and turning stairs with extra height steps. Difficult to climb with larger suitcases
