Pros: I love that the location was so near Ueno Station and other stations which are linked to places of interest. We were also near a coin laundry, a bunch of restaurant and it was only a 5 minutes walk to Ameyoko Market.

Cons: I think the room was a tad small, maybe enough for 3 adults max. I think if you use it for a base and only use as a place to shower and sleep, it's fine. But as someone with kids who needs their space to move, it was a bit tight.

Clean, comfortable beds in nice location

Pros: The location is in a peaceful area. Locaterd closer to JR Okachimachi station. It is also not too far from JR Ueno station. The unit is spacious enough for up to 4 people. Has a kitchen with basic utensils to make a meal.

Cons: Noisy guests in other units, speaking loudly in the early hours of the morning when returning to the unit. Would be convenient if the unit had a washing machine and dryer.

Pros: It had everything we needed. Great location close to the station and 7-11 etc.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to get our luggage up the stairs. The communal area was quite small.

Amazing stay

Pros: Super clean , spacious, practical & complete facilities 😍 Apart from being close to the main station its also super affordable . Host even let us check in early . 1st floor room is awesome , dont have to drag the luggage upstairs.. For 2 people , the apartment is just perfect.

Cons: Quite small but good enough. Quite a long walk (10 min) to the train station.

Pros: I initially thought the accommodation would be like the typical places we've stayed at before, but it turned out to be exceptional. The property is very clean and perfect for our family of four. It is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Okachimachi Station and about 12 minutes from Ueno Station. Additionally, there's a nearby 7-Eleven and a small grocery store, which is quite convenient. While there is no washing machine inside the room, there is a 24-hour laundromat within walking distance. I truly love this place!

Cons: Unfortunately, during our first three days of stay, there was a noisy neighbor next door. You can clearly hear their loud voices from our room.

You could take skyliner train from Narita airport to the Ueno station directly. Easily finding and convenient to go shopping and enjoy foods. The hotel is allowed tourists to storage luggages until you leave Tokyo at same day. Even though I lived on 4FL and no elevator offered, I would introduce you guys to book.

Pros: Host was easy to communicate with and allowed us to leave luggage downstairs. This was important for us due to check-in and check-out times meaning we had considerable time before needing to head to the airport.

Cons: Would have liked a double bed in one room. Mattresses were very firm.

Pros: The place was clean, had all it needed, good instructions, located very close to public transport and certain places in Tokyo, would definitely book again for future trips
