Pros: I was really surprised at how big the apartment was. I loved the kitchenette as it was helpful with our little one. I also appreciate the stovetop when I need it.

Cons: I initially would prefer to chat with someone in person when checking in but the host does reply back within 30 mins, especially when giving check in information.
