Great location / can sleep 4

Pros: Good facilities - 1 bedroom Nishi apartment. Description was all accurate. Great location.

Cons: These blocks are a bit odd, there's no human involvement at all. You show up and it's all automated. The construction is all identical, kinda paint by numbers modular apartment building. You notice as you explore that the apartment buildings get gutted & refit to modernize fairly regularly. Not made to last but unique in its own way. The check in was all automatic w/ generated messages via the Booking app. We made a request for a slightly later check out and I'm fairly certain no human being ever read it.

Alterna kurame family of 4

Pros: The size and location. We were able to pull the couch out to easily make another bouble bed. There was also I fold up mattress in the wardrobe and plenty of bedding so our kids didn't have to share a bed. Still had room to open suitcases. Only a short walk to kurame station or to asakusa for more connection options. Overall, a fabulous choice in the right price range

Cons: Would have appreciated some more instructions in English. Cold showers for our first night of showers because we couldn't work out the hot water. A small thing though.

Pros: The location is excellent! There’s a hypermarket nearby (open until midnight) and a 24/7 Seven-Eleven for all your convenience needs. The apart-hotel is less than a 3-minute walk from Kuramae Station, though the exact distance depends on the train line you’re using. Note that elevator access at Kuramae Station is limited and not available for all lines, which could be challenging if you’re using a wheelchair or have a baby stroller. The Asakusa area is also within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. The facility is impeccably clean, equipped with air conditioning (both heating and cooling), and offers plenty of space by Tokyo standards.

Cons: The check-in process is a bit complicated, so be sure to check-in in advance. It involves several steps, including filling out multiple forms. Additionally, opening the entrance door can be tricky as the instructions in the check-in manual are not very clear. I had to call for assistance—remember to press the \

Pleasant stay

Pros: the location was a 10 minute walk to the metro. It was also handy to get to the airport as the subway line near the apartment takes you there

Cons: Check-in. There was no key in the box to get into the apartment. Luckily the cleaner came down the stairs to empty some rubbish so he contacted the agency and we were able to enter the apartment.

Pros: Very good-looking apartment with nice facilities. The couch bed is maybe less comfortable, but the actual bed is great, and can also be closed off from the living room. Toiletries and towels were also ready on arrival. It's very near Tokyo Skytree, as well as three different metro lines. From Narita airport, there is a good connection through the metro.

Would recommend on the proviso that the person booking understands the location of the property well.

Pros: The place is very spacious compared to other accommodation in the Tokyo area, it has a washing machine and the shower room can double as a dryer for your clothes.

Cons: The location is a little poor but you should know what you are in for when you book this accommodation. The neighbourhood does not have much on at night so be prepared to travel to the late night areas of Tokyo for late night food and drinks.

Pros: Great room, great location, 5 min walk to the Kuramae station. The host is very helpful, the check in procedure was really smooth. Every basic things were provided just like in the description images. Konbini stores are everywhere within reach. Good location! Will definitely come again!
