9Stay Bunkyo Otsuka

This one definitely made our Tokyo trip a memorable one. We Thank You for having us in your hotel.

Pros: It was a close proximity to Shin Otsuka Station and 7-11. Property feels new and tidy. Staff were just a message away when you need them.

Cons: It has no lift and have to deal with a narrow spiral staircase in which they mentioned. Check in method was a bit complicated aside from being an unmanned hotel. Unlike other unmanned hotels they have this tablet on a desk where you do your check ins. This one has to be done through your mobile phone. Quadruple room 403 has all the appliances except the television. I think because of the space?

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Complete house hold equipment, near the station, nice and quiet neighborhood, owner is very nice

Pros: It was perfect for a short stay in Tokyo, easy to reach in a nice and rather quiet quarter. The mattress was particularly good.

Excellent !

Pros: Très bel appartement, idéal pour 2-3 personnes. Bien situé, moderne, confortable et propre. Bonne connexion internet.

Cons: Rien, à part un petit sifflement provenant de la fenêtre.

とても良い部屋でした！

Pros: 大人２人子供2人幼児1人でしたが、快適に過ごせました。室内は清潔で静か、洗濯機を使えたり、浴室乾燥ができるのが便利でした。飲食店も徒歩数分の所にあるので食事には困りませんでした。

Cons: 冬の宿泊でしたが、換気扇が常に作動しているようなので、空気が多少乾燥しているかもしれません。欲を言えば加湿器があればさらに快適かもしれません。

숙소사용 후기

Pros: 위치는 어디로 도착하느냐에 따라서 걸어가는 정도가 달랐어요. 짐이 많을 때는 오르막길이 있어 힘들었어요! 숙소 기준 주변에 편의점들이 브랜드별로 있어요! 가족끼리 사용하시면 편했고, 친구들끼리 가도 편했어요!

Cons: 직접 말할 수가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 수건 같은 경우는 하루에 한번씩 주는게 아니라 아쉬웠어요. 청소를 하셨겠지만 부족한 곳도 있었고, 수건에도 머리카락이 있어서 아쉬웠어요. 계단이 좁은편이라 조심하셔야 하고 엘레베이터 없어요!!

Pros: 清潔で広くて備品も揃っていて、とても快適でした。また宜しくお願いします。 近くに美味しい手作りお弁当屋さんがありました。夕方早めに店が閉まるし、一般向けではないので、出会えてラッキーでした(^^)

Cons: 暖房をつけても温まらず、部屋が寒かったです。

Pros: 신오쓰카역과 가깝다. 걸어서 3~4분. 시설이 깨끗하고, 욕실에 히터 기능이 있어 따뜻했다. 구글지도에 건물 외관이 없어서 참고하시라고 사진 올려드립니다.

Cons: 원래 예약했던 룸이 체크인하는 날 다른 룸으로 바뀌는 바람에 무척 당황했다. 4명 가족이라 일부러 복층타입으로 예약했는데, 바뀐 룸이 단층형의 스튜디오 타입이라 더 좁게 느껴질 수 밖에 없었다. 숙소측에 항의하였고, 시스템상 오류가 있었다면서 보상으로 약간의 환불 처리를 약속받았다. 룸 타입이 임의로 바뀐 부분은 아직도 화가 난다.

Pros: Appartamento in ottima zona tranquilla e servita da metro,pulito e confortevole per gli standard di Tokyo, abbastanza spazioso anche se eravamo in 4. Anche se abbiamo lasciato un oggetto da smaltire nell’appartamento, per errore , il proprietario non é stato invadente nel comunicarcelo e nel non ricevere tempestive risposte da parte nostra , causa problemi di internet e fuso orario.

Cons: Scale un po strette , assenza di ascensore ma nel nostro caso stando al terzo piano non ha pesato molto. Un po meccanico aprire il portone tra codici e chiavi , che dopo una certa ora smettono di funzionare i suddetti codici. Ma anche a questo ci si abitua tranquillamente.

Pros: The place is bigger than it looks and very clean. Also very close to The station. we Will definitely Go back here again. Special thanks to The team very responsive with all our enquiries and Been patient and I salute them. They made sure that they provide us with tooth brush, Towel etc indivually.

Cons: No elevator but Good thing we are on The second floor so not as bad
