Lovely, would stay again.

Pros: Super clean, super considerate, staff were lovely.

Cons: I could say that I felt I had to be too considerate to the other residents but that’s not a big problem, that’s what comes with this type of living.

amazing pod accomodation in shibuya

Pros: Really cozy environment and cool decor. Ammenities were clean and included everything I needed with an intuitive and ergonomic set up. Pod was one of the bigger ones I have stayed in. Staff were lovely and really helpful! Baggage storage was efficient and handy.

Cons: Not the fault of the property but other guests were loud at night. Maybe some no talking signs in the room would help??

Pros: Pleasant staff. Common space at ground floor is nice.

Cons: Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom has only 1 toilet for the whole floor.

Customer service is the best I’ve ever seen it’s chill and comfortable nice if you want a good location as well

Pros: Sleeping very comfortably and felt very clean also nice and quiet inside the rooms no outside noise also the staff are goated

Cons: Felt it was very hard to socialise despite the rooftop no one would go up there and yes you talk to people in your room but not exactly optimal for socialising

Pros: Super easy to check in and out. I was only there for one night and I left feeling well rested and clean.

Perfect location

Pros: Absolutely excellent location. Like that there was a rooftop. The pods were modern and comfortable.

Cons: Unlike a lot of hostels, there wasn’t much space to chill. There was a cafe downstairs with a few tables which was usually quite busy but there was no lounging room. There was no separate locker room so suitcases were kept in the hall way outside the pods. Therefore there was limited space to open up my case and sort bits out.

Would recommend

Pros: Female only floor. Felt safe, was clean. Good price, not too far from Shibuya station but quiet area. Comfy mattress and fan inside capsule.

Pros: The staff. I think the staff was the best bit. Both male and female are super cute (kawaii ne).

Cons: The capsules feel too small versus ones that I have been to before. More networking space would be ideal.

Perfectly located and cozy stay in the heart of Shibuya, elevated by exceptionally kind staff!

Pros: Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Location is just about perfect, an amazing way to experience Tokyo. It is at the heart of Shibuya and just few minutes walking you can find nice restaurants and bars and everything you can think of.. If you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city Yoyogi park is also just 15 minutes away. Both bathrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained. There is a microwave and also water dispenser in the lobby which is very convenient. The older guy who works at the reception was super helpful and he helped me so much when I had some misfortune, he listened to me and really took his time to help me out. He was awesome!! Also there was this young woman receptionist who was on duty on my last night and she is just an angel. She was so very good at her job and she had positive energy and just made my whole stay much better. Both of them really made a huge difference on how happy I felt with my overall stay!

Cons: On my first night there a false fire alarm went off and it was kinda scary to hear in the middle of the night. The receptionist man working that night couldnt really explain what happened so it made me a bit uneasy. The coffee house in the lobby makes good coffee but the music they play during the day was too loud everyday and it made it hard to sit there during the day. Some towel racks on the showers would be nice to have since I needed it to hang my clothes and towels and to change into pjs afterwards. It is a small thing but would be nice to have.
