Would repeat when in Tokyo again with no hesitation 🥰

Pros: The location is strategic, quite near to Ikebukuro Station and quite near to halal eateries like Gyumon & Shinjuku Tei and plus a lot of places where you can do shopping for clothes, shoes, anime merch. Easy access to other big stations on the JR Line. The place is very clean and well maintain, we used the washing machine and its really helpful. Owner responded and acted very fast on our request.

Very comfortable stay

Pros: The property had everything you could need. It was very modern and comfortable. The washing machine and drying room were a great bonus. The apartment was very warm and cosy. Lot’s of places to eat and some great coffee shops close by.

Cons: It was right next to the railway line so quite noisy but the trains stopped before midnight (although they did start again early) so if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs (worked for me). More amenities would have been nice, some drip coffee and creamer etc

Pros: The place itself is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the organization is top notch. Ikebukuro is a good base for Tokyo exploration.

Great value for money - will stay again!

Pros: Great location close to shops. Comfortable living and plenty of room for suitcases to be laid out. Great communication. Best place we stayed during our Japan trip.

Pros: Très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare d'Ikebukuro qui dessert plusieurs lignes. Logement cosy et confortable. Très bien équipé !

Un lugar excelentemente ubicado y equipado

Pros: El host pudo resolver todos los inconvenientes particulares de mi visita (early check-in, storage para valija en check-out). Nos comunicamos por el chat de Booking y fue muy receptivo. El departamento es MUY cómodo y está excelentemente equipado: - heladera - lavarropas - tender para la ropa - calefacción tanto en baño como en la habitación - la aislación sonora y de frío de las ventanas fue perfecta - insumos La ubicación es muy buena. Suficientemente cerca de la estación Ikebukuro como para ir caminando. Suficientemente lejos para que sea un departamento tranquilo. La estación Ikebukuro es cercana a lugares de entretenimiento, compras, etc. La habitación tiene cerca lugares para desayunar, convenience stores, etc.

Pros: 位置絕佳 離車站只要走一點路 離熱鬧中心也只要10分內路程很快就能抵達 附近三間超商都有 很便利 住宿方非常親切 講解也很詳細 房間整潔 設備齊全 以三人旅行來說剛剛好 也有空間能開行李箱 旁邊就是鐵道 但個人感覺並沒有到非常吵雜 是可以接受的程度！ 謝謝這次良好的住宿體驗

Great convenient stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Excellent location - easy access and overall a great sized room for a place in Tokyo. The apartment feels brand new and the lamps and decoration were lovely.

Cons: Wish we got some extra towels - particularly a hand and a foot towel to make sure we didn't track water everywhere!

예약하기 전부터 기대했던 숙소, 기대 이상

Pros: 아침 안먹음, 방 구조가 이상적이였고 움직이는 동선도 괜찮았음. 방이 청결했으며 욕실에 욕조가 있어 반신욕을 할 수 있어서 좋았다 또한 주변에 마트와 편의점이 많고 돈키호테도 24시간 하는 곳이 있어 밤 늦게 숙소에 들어가도 안전하며 늦게라도 못한 쇼핑을 마무리 할 수 잇어 좋았음

Cons: 어두웠어서 그런지 길을 찾기가 어려웠음,,ㅠ 그것 외에는 불편하거나 아쉬웠던 점 없이 정말 만족스러웟음

Pros: タッチパネル式の電子錠だったので、物理鍵の受け渡しに手間取ることもなく、チェックインがスムーズだった。
