Philippines 🇵🇭

Best accomodations in Shin-koiwa, Katsushika City.

Pros: I like the essentials they provided; from soap, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. Laundry Detergent; dish soap, kitchen paper towels, wet wipes, toilet paper, toilet cleaner. Also, many wire extensions available in first floor and in upper bed room. The A/C Cooling/Heating is efficiently functional. With 2 Umbrellas provided. There is also CCTV Camera in the property and Door Camera. It is 10-11 minutes walk to/from near Shin-koiwa station and the Lumiere Shopping Street. With nearby Marusei Supermarket & fresh Fruits & Vegetables Grocery, (beside Marusei), Yakitori Stall, and newly opened 7-11; all just 1-2 minutes walk away (going to Marusei). Recommended to stay here to feel the true Japanese living as local. Will definitely book again in the future when going back to Tokyo.

Cons: For improvement; provide direction (where to turn left/right/straight walk) to traveller with street pictures from Shin-koiwa station to the accomodations. Because other traveller not keen in finding just addresses (numbers & names)
