Very good, some minor complaints but pleasant overall.
Pros: Quiet location, 5-10min from 2 train stations (one on the Yamanote, the over on the Marunouchi).
Cons: May have needed some more laundry products from the get-go. Also some instructions for how to use the bathroom, the water for the shower only heats up if the water flow is strong enough.

Excellent location, good value for money
Pros: Excellent location and quiet neighbourhood. Plenty grocery stores close by.
Cons: Tiny apartment that was a bit crowded in 2 adults plus 2 children. We would have liked more equipment in the kitchen and more and larger towels for our stay.

Small but comfortable apartment
Pros: Overall the apartment was comfortable, our main bed was very comfortable by Japan standards. But our daughter who slept on the couch got bitten by bed bugs, could you please wash the couch or disinfect it?

Really nice quiet place for longer stay
Pros: Spacious and very clean apartment. It was really quiet residential area with good shops and services. Proper kitchen for storing your food. Good large tv, air conditioning, easy to use washing machine and clothes drying system. Otsuka station really near. Perfect for a longer stay.
Cons: I would have liked manuals for some of the equipment, the thermostat in shower was complicated to use. Could not get cold water from kitchen tap, only lukewarm. Also you will have to purchase your own trashbags after the first ones are used. Towels could be better.

We enjoyed
Pros: Good youthful place, everything is provided very well and it is very convenient to use. We checked in and checked out without a person, which made us happy. It was very clean and very comfortable, especially the bathroom with shower and drying function. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise even though we did not use it. The finishes are modern, spotless and the level of cleanliness is high. The additional accessories for the bed and the extra bedding were completely satisfactory. There was a privacy curtain inside the room where we stayed, which was nice. We could not hear the neighbors at all.
Cons: Key obtaining process was a little bit complicated, like a small quest. But if you read instruction before check in, it would be easy to access.

It was a great experience, I can’t fault it.
Pros: Great condition; clean; very quiet neighbourhood ; there is a supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby.
Cons: Nil; it’s a 10 mins to Otsuka Station( JR) and 10 mins walk to ShinOtsuka station.

Perfect
Pros: Lovely local, location. About 5 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from 7/11 and other restraints. Great surrounding area, again having many options of restaurants, bars, and rlly anything else you may need. The neighbourhood itself was very clean, and safe. The hotel was comfortable, we crammed 4 people in there, and had no problems. Very clean as well, it has everything you need for a long and short stay. Definitely recommend!
