Marvelous

Pros: The house is clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen utensils are complete and there is also a kitchen hob, kitchen hood, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave and large fridge. There is a washing machine and dryer, and detergent and softener are provided. Toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver are also provided. The parking could fit a MPV. 10 minutes walking distance to JR Otsuka line and there is a mini market along the way to the station. There is a vending machine in front of the house. The house area is quiet at night and peaceful. Value for money.

Good to stay with family of 6-7 peoples.. all is good except for the staircase. Toilet & shower at 2nd floor. 2 room

Pros: Kitchen utensils, a lot of towels, usb & type c charger provided, comfort bed, washing machine with detergent, i like all the facilities provided.

Pros: The house was immaculately clean and had a large kitchen and bathroom with everything we could have needed. It was a great layout for our family. With separated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so no-one disturbed anyone else. Location was also great with a short walk to 2 stations and lots of places to eat. Very close to convenience stores.

Large place for a family. We loved the location - off the beaten path.

Pros: We loved the location. It’s away from the touristy areas. The house has three rooms which accommodated three adults and two teens. Another bonus was there are two toilets! It is a large place for Tokyo and we were very pleased with both the house and location.

Cons: The cleaners could do a better job of cleaning the bathroom, toilet (the basin on top of the tank was not clean). We didn’t have pillowcases on our pillows. The place could use a deep clean. On the surface, everything was tidy. I would also recommend having a garbage in the bathroom.

Enjoyable had everything we needed

Pros: Location was good. Had 3 separate bedrooms with good cupboard space & ability to do laundry & tv set up for Netflix was a bonus. Great joining instructions easy to follow

Cons: Wi-Fi on top floor bedrooms didn’t work very well. Ok in rest of house.

A beautiful house to use as a home base during a family holiday.

Pros: It’s a beautiful house in a charming area. All the comforts one needs to feel a little more at home in Tokyo.

Cons: Nothing. It was exceptional.

Pros: Haus war perfekt mit alle benötigte Küchengeräte, sehr groß mit drei Schlafzimmer. Besonders Überraschung waren im jede Zimmer die Ladestationen für Handy und Laptop

I think it’s a good value for what you get , especially for the space you get.

Pros: I liked the location, since it was near two train stations. One 10 minutes away and the other 8 minutes away. I liked that there is a cart you can use. They also allowed me to check in early which I appreciated!

Cons: It wasn’t fully clean some of the air vents for the air conditioning units weren’t all clean.
