Shinjuku charm and pleasant stay! Fun and quirky joy!
Pros: Location was great. Close to train station if needed. Easy walking distance to Shinjuku and all its fun. Plenty of good restaurants near by. The apartment was clean and appointed well for a little morning snack. Would for sure stay there again as felt very safe and view from 14th floor was great.
Cons: To be honest the only thing was the front room could use block out curtains. I am a light sleeper so the sun woke me a tiny bit too early. Though not at all a deal breaker and as above would stay again.

Near the city but in a quiet neighborhood
Pros: Quiet neighborhood and short walking distance to Shinjuku. Many halal eateries nearby.
Cons: Not enough coin lockers around if arrive before check in time & the lockers didn’t accommodate large luggages. But the building manager at the office downstairs allowed us to keep our luggages in front of the office & kept an eye on it. They helped to safely secure the bags.

Great spot.handy to loads of restaurants train station etc
Pros: It was such a fun apartment Retro funky bright and happy.
Cons: Atad cramped for 6 of us but we managed Perfectly suited for two couples.

Awesome place to stay
Pros: The apartment was great...well located and very clean
Cons: No that what we did not like... everything was great. Our only observation was that the mattress may need changing maybe.

Pros: The location is excellent, close to Higashi-Shinjuku Station, convenience stores, restaurants, and walking distance to Shinjuku and Kabukicho. It made getting around Tokyo very easy. The owner is very friendly, responsive, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The room and facilities are clean, large space, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building also has a laundry area on the ground floor with commercial machines. Overall, a great place to stay — highly recommended.
Cons: The only thing is that the laundry facilities are not inside the room but located in a separate area on the ground floor. However, this was manageable because there are plenty of washing and drying machines available.

Very handy location & super clean
Pros: Apartment was very clean and very well looked after. Loved having washing & dryer available. Owner has really gone out of there way to make it very homely. Toiletries and extras were lovely & she has thought of everything. We loved the decor of the place it was so cute. We were very happy with location as it is very handy to most things.
Cons: We did have 5 people staying (2 couples & a single person) we thought there was 3 separate bedrooms but it's actually only 2 and the lounge coverted to an open bedroom, it was ok but single person did have to get changed in one of our rooms - would work if you had children. It was very handy having the two toilets but the two showers faced each other with no separation between them so we could not have a shower at the same time - would work well for couples that didn't care having a shower together. There is no sound proofing at all, we made sure we were quiet, the people above us were real loud and was a little annoying.
