Central Shinjuku apartment with beautiful city view 3stops to Shibuya

Super cool apartment in a great location

Pros: Amazing Amanda meet us and we checked in. The apartment was very spacious and super clean! The location was great and we could walk to heaps of great restaurants and interesting shops. Close to the train station as well.

Convenient and comfortable stay in Tokyo

Pros: The location was fantastic. Quite convenient to walk to Shinjuku. Hailing cab was easy and good restaurants nearby. Couple of convenience stores made it easy for getting necessities.

Cons: I would say the sound proofing. Being in a busy street meant there was a bit of road noise. But that might be the case with any property in Tokyo.

Great spacious apartment in a great location!

Pros: We loved the balcony here! Every evening we would sit out there with a drink. We also loved that our kids had a bedroom and were able to have their own space. This apartment feels really spacious, especially after coming from a hotel room. There was a cupboard with cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper and paper towel which was great. It would be nice is coffee and sugar sachets were supplied but family mart and a lovely small supermarket are only a minute walk away. The location is great, close to several train stations and a short walk to everything you could want. We stayed with temperatures of 35 and humid but the apartment was always cool and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here.

Pros: they have a great balcony, and everything in the kitchen is perfect also

Cons: the washing machine has tissue fragments left inside by the previous people

Pros: Everything. Huge, spotless apt. Great beds, bed linens, towels. Loads of hangers. Excellent shower, the unbeatable Toto loo. Location is unbeatable. Outstanding communications with hosts. The terrace was fabulous, top class furnishings / umbrella. We enjoyed every evening sitting outside

Pros: I don't have words to explain the delight as we entered this beautiful apartment. It was so clean, aesthetic, will all facilities and a beautiful terrace with wonderful view. Far better experience than hotel and such a value for money! We were so impressed that we wanted to extend the stay! What touched my heart is that I left my Apple watch in the apartment and Amanda came all the way to my next hotel to return it. Forever grateful to her. Exceptional customer service. Look no further and go for it!

Very cool apartment in central Tokyo.

Pros: Great huge apartment with a nice roof terrace. Everything you need is available. They were kind to let us drop off our luggage before check-in.

Cons: It was very strict with the check-out and the cleaning lady came around before checkout time which felt a bit stressful.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with outdoor living in top location

Pros: After spending 10 days in expensive hotels we absolutely loved the spacious living room comfy couch and a massive outdoor living/balcony Comfy mattresses doonas and most importantly pillows- we really got to relax- thank you we will definitely book again

Cons: Nothing - location is great everything was wonderful

We would definitely stay here again. The host Amanda was so lovely and easy to communicate with.

Pros: We loved how spacious and clean the apartment was!! The kids had a separate room too. It slept 5 of us comfortably. The décor was lovely. A lot of thought was put into the apartment.

Cons: It was located in central Shinjuku so it was busy at night.
