Pros: The room have no code security so You can enter easily. I realy like ít.

Pros: - Great location! - Generous amount of toiletries provided. - Wifi provided worked great.

Cons: - so hard to figure out entry into the apartment after hours. Building B entrance was often blocked at night so we had to enter through another building. It was also confusing that they had a Building A and Building 1? - I thought there would be a washing machine inside the apartment, but there was laundry area in the building instead.

Pros: Convenient location, not far from metro station, shops and restaurants.

Overall a great stay in a great location.

Pros: It was very clean upon entry and in a great location for first stay in Tokyo. There are a lot of night spots around and we were worried we would hear them at night however we had no noise issues.

Cons: The bathroom is quite small for two people to function in. If you like your personal space I would not recommend as it is quite squish especially with large suitcases

Great location

Pros: The price and location was great. The bed was super cozy.

Cons: the house was a bit weird. I don’t know what these flats are normally used for.

Great affordable base to explore Tokyo from

Pros: Despite being cheap it was a great base to explore. Staff were unobtrusive, but there if you needed them, they were also very accommodating Room was also a reasonable size, clean, bigger and more comfortable than my friend's much more expensive room at the Hotel Gracery. Communication with the hotel was also very good

Feels like home

Pros: The hotel is very close to bus and train stations. The property owner is very responsive and the place is well equipped with household appliances and well thought of bath and personal hygiene products. The property feels like home. It’s a good place to stay and rest.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor Tokio

Pros: Goede locatie om Tokio te ontdekken, bushalte letterlijk voor de deur en verschillende metro stations op 10 minuten lopen. Je loopt ook zo Shinjuku in. Goede prijs in vergelijking met andere kleinere hotels. Fijn om een wasmachine met droog functie op de kamer te hebben. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep soepel en reageerde snel op vragen. Heel veel toiletartikelen beschikbaar (o.a tandenborstel met tandpasta, haargel, dry shampoo, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) maar ook een föhn, stijl- en krultang. Bed is denk ik 1.40m en vrij zacht.

Cons: Badkamers zijn klein in Japan, maar dit was de kleinste van 5 accommodaties waar we zijn geweest, maar op zich prima. Wel jammer dat er geen bidet is. Balkon staat vol met 2 matrassen en wat troep bovenop de airco unit.

Pros: Super netter Gastgeber. War gut erreichbar. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vorher abstellen und später einchecken. Lage super, unmittelbare Nähe zur Metro. Nah an Shinjuku und der Verfügungsmeile. Gozilla ist in der Nähe :D
