Pros: super convenient! close to the station, supermarket and konbini. clean and affordable

Cons: people in the building are so noisy! unfortunately the establishment can't choose who is coming to their place but omg some people forgot that they are not alone and they don't respect people around.

Lovely apartment in a quite but convinient area

Pros: The apartment was perfect for one person! It was very clean, the bed super comfortable and since it’s on the 5th floor I could see the Tokyo Sky Tree from my window! The kitchen was small but fully equipped, and the bathroom was quite spacious. Very responsive and kind staff Komagome is a very quiet area, but there are convenience stores, a supermarket and several restaurants just a couple of minutes away from the apartment

Cons: Just keep in mind that there is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow so if you end up on the 5th floor like me, it’s a bit of a work out

Pros: Everything worked perfectly, the apartment is new and extremely clean. The location is really smooth, close to the subway station and the Yamanote line.

Pros: That the apartment management is flexible to changes suggested. It is very prompt in replying via the Booking.com platform. It is a relief for such promptness because as a foreigner, we use sim card. Most of the sim card offer data-only and cannot be used for calling. It is very nice the phone numbers are provided but we cannot use the sim card to call.

Cons: Room 501's mailbox code knob may need a repair. Internet/wifi was only for the living room. So we cannot relax in the bedroom to use wifi

Quiet, comfortable apartment perfect for exploring Tokyo.

Pros: Super quiet area, so great to sleep in and relax after spending all day exploring Tokyo. Excellent communication with the host and a great neighbour for getting coffee and food.

Cons: Nothing. Would happily stay here again!

Pros: Great location. Very Close to the Yamamoto line, walkable to lots of local restaurants and supermarkets.

Cons: We stayed for total 5 nights, but did not get any supply of fresh towels. It would be nice if the hotel could change towels for longer staying customers.

Great little apartment

Pros: Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with close proximity to Yamanote Line Komagome Sta., you can get to most attractions by train/metro within half an hour. 24h supermarket and convenience store nearby. The building itself is very new, the room is filled with every kinds of equipment you will possibly need. The bed is soft and comfy, functioning warm/cool air conditioning, it even has a laundry machine.

Cons: The building doesn't have an elevator, so if you book a room on the upper floors and you need to carry heavy luggage, that might be a point of concern, otherwise great for the money.

Pros: Although small, it has everything you need. The dryer fan for clothes in the washroom is a fantastic addition. The space was very clean and had everything needed. Entry was also very easy. Staff were always accessible.

Cons: N/A. But of course if it had just a tiny bit more space... It'd be perfect.
