Très bon logement bien équipé et propre pour un séjour de plusieurs jours en groupe.

Pros: Le logement a ce qu'il faut pour un groupe de voyageurs. 2 salles de bains dont une typique japonaise avec baignoire, 2 toilettes dans une pièce à part reparties sur 2 étages. Un salon avec canapé,TV, table de 4, cuisine, frigo/congélo et une machine à laver. Les lits sont au RdC avec une chambre de 3 lits simples et une chambre avec un lit double. Pratiquement tout le matériel de maison mis à disposition des convives. Le logement est proche d'une gare pas très loin de Shinjuku et plus bien positionné.

Cons: Le logement est en face d'une avenue avec du passage routier, ce qui fait qu'on entend pas mal le bruit des voitures qui passent la nuit dans la chambre avec 3 lits. Manque de chance, des travaux sur les trottoirs ont eu lieu chaque nuit pendant le séjour, ce qui a compliqué l'endormissement. Petit point négatif, il y a peu de place dans la chambre à 3 lits pour poser ces affaires mais cela reste gérable.
