Perfect underrated gem

Pros: Perfect stay in a lovely and underrated Tokyo area, highly recommend it!

Pros: Location and price were very good! Koenji is a sweet place, so many places to explore 🥰

Cons: We lived on a 1 floor so we occasionally had to enjoy izakaya patrons being festive outside 🥲

Pros: location for stay, and ammenities close to station. proce great too.

My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable!

Pros: My stay at the apartment was truly great. The location is perfect – there is a metro station nearby, making it easy to reach any part of the city. The area is full of great restaurants and 24-hour shops, which is a huge convenience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished.

Cons: few things could be improved — the apartment could use more complete equipment, and the windows aren’t fully sealed, so some noise from the street can be heard at times. Nevertheless, our nearly week-long stay was great, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay after a long day out. Secure and safe.

Pros: Close to train and shops. Gave me a ground floor unit when I ask for one. Safe place. Great area.

Cons: They said will provide door code the day before I arrive but i did not get the code until after I arrive and chased them which caused some anxiety. Don't expect the room to be clean daily as the building is unmanned.

Pros: Great place to stay for a solo traveller with ample space to put luggage..washing machine and microwave are the plus points !

Cons: The bed was a little soft for my liking

Amazing location, very convenient, and really affordable!

Pros: アーリーチェックイン、犬連れなどこちらのわがままを好意的に受け入れて下さり、チェックイン方法など解らなくて慌てる私共を優しくサポートして下さり感謝しかありません。 お部屋も清潔でトイレットペーパーやゴミ袋も余裕に用意して下さって安心でした。

Cons: 玄関のロックダイヤルが見当たらず、解らず焦りました。

ミニマリストを体験できます

Pros: アパートメントタイプのホテルということで、最初お部屋の前に着いたとき、「人の家…？」と思うくらい家感がありました。開錠方法に戸惑ってお問い合わせしてしまいましたが、スタッフさんの対応がとても親切で、助かりました。お部屋はさっぱりとしたワンルームで、必要最低限の家具とアメニティ。テレビは無いけれど、WiFi完備で問題なし。都内で一人暮らしをする疑似体験のようなことができました。楽しかったです。

Cons: 浴槽にシャワーカーテンが欲しいかなと思いました。浴室内に洗面台があるため、できれば浴室内の床は濡らしたくないので。また、私の見落としかもしれませんが、お部屋にあるものの情報として、キッチンに調理器具(鍋、フライパン、菜箸)も置いてあることを明記してくださると更に分かりやすいと思います。(飲み物をレンジで温めたくてマグカップを持参しましたが、鍋があるならマグカップを持っていく必要は無かったため)

We felt very comfortable during our stay and the amount of affordable food options was perfect.

Pros: It was located very close to the subway, only 15 minutes away from Shinjuku and 30 minutes away from Shibuya. It felt very convenient and easy to travel to the main tourist destinations. My girlfriend and I went to Tokyo Disney and it was very easy to travel there as well!

Cons: No dislikes at all!
