Pros: The location was excellent - close to local trains and supermarkets and only a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku train station. The bed was the best I've slept in over 3 trips to Japan and 7 different accommodations. Although the room was small it had everything we needed. The view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony was a bonus.

Cons: The room needs more storage for guests belongings. Also, seeing as there is no lounge it would have been good if the tv was on a swivelling wall bracket so we could sit on the bed and watch. The dining chairs were very uncomfotable for sitting for too long.

Pros: Clean, modern, plenty of room, a variety of laundry/kitchen appliances including coffee pod machine. The shower was great, and the roof top area was brilliant. The grocery store at the street was very convenient.

Cons: Property is close to passing trains, but double glazing helps with the noise.

family holiday

Pros: So close to transport, supermarket downstairs. I had an issue with the bed, I emailed them and it was rectified immediately, communication is definitely a 10 out of 10. Perfect size room for 4 adults.

Nice stay

Pros: This apartment is a very good choice, with good facilities (microwave kettle, washing machine, fridge) There are a few subway stations nearby, just a 5-10 minute walk. The apartment was clean and bright, we could see Mt Fuji from our window. We loved the view from the roof. The host was extremely helpful and kind.

Cons: The bed mattress was too soft for us.

Great location and facilities perfect for family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
