A gem of a property that lives up to the reviews

Pros: Great communications from the outset with the owners who kindly accommodated an earlier check in and a later departure (for a reasonable fee) to meet our flight times. Clean, well furnished, with adequate space for a family of 4. A gem of a getaway with easy access to the city via Sendagi and Nippori stations. Quiet part of the city within a 10min stroll of Ueno park. A great getaway which lived up to the reviews.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Pros: Lovely, calm area of Tokyo yet close to transportation options including the Skyline from Narita airport. Very comfortable. All the necessary amenities. Comfy beds and it was nice to have a couch, bath/shower and washing machine. The air conditioning was essential to surviving the summer heat. It was a great value for the money. Very minimalist and somewhat bare in terms of decor, but clean-looking. I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking to stay in a less-crowded neighbourhood with charm. The hosts responded quickly.

Cons: For this price point, I have no complaints.
