Great location, superb breakfast, great value!
Pros: Hotel is conveniently located to public transport and an easy subway ride to many of Tokyo’s popular locations. Our room was small but adequate, the beds were comfy. Breakfast was exceptionally good and cooked by qualified chef. We are looking forward to staying again.
Cons: The checking in process was a little awkward but staff were helpful and attentive. Bathroom was rather small.

Worth what you paid
Pros: The hotel its fine, its worth what you paid for. It is near to several convenience stores, and it has access to Ningyocho station (10min walk), so you can take the Asakusa Line there, which connects to Narita Airport (through Keisei Narita Skyaccess) and viceversa. Also its near Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace (10min metro or 30 minute walk) which are a must if you are around. Actually enjoyed to walk around Nihombashi, its an offices zone so do not expect a touristy place, but its full of cool buildings! The breakfast was okay, very japanese mixed with western. All the amenities mentioned were provided as expected too! Last, the people in the reception are very proactive and polite! I lost my room key in my last night, they replaced it after confirming that I was a guest. I didnt know enough japanese to communicate it properly, so we use a translation app and they were very patient with me.
Cons: As many other hotels in Japan, I recommend you check if your reservation is in a smoker/non-smoker floor, because I didnt and the smell is very noticeable, it stinks your clothes too. This is a business hotel in a business area, so expect to see a lot of people going to work and wearing suits, its not a bad thing but if you are a tourist you may feel out of place. If you expect to do your laundry during your stay, its fine, but be prepared with 100 yen coins! If you dont have enough, around the building there are some vending machines, thats the easiest way to get coins. It would be nice if the laundry zone, which is also very small with 2 washers and 2 dryers, also had a coin exchanger or something

Pros: Location was good, a short walk from Ningyocho metro - ideal for the Asakusa line to Haneda Airport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee and a microwave provided. Bath was welcome for a soak after a heavy day pounding the many streets of Tokyo!
Cons: No provision of continental breakfast. Bed and pillows too firm. No English language channel on the TV in the room.

Will stay again
Pros: Room size is acceptable in view of its room rate. Free breakfast and coffee at day time. The staffs are very kind and helpful when check in.
Cons: The breakfast is very simple with not many varieties. But it's OK for free.

Great breakfast and easy access to Metro
Pros: Great breakfast with a lot of variety - different choices each day. Hearty Japanese food as opposed to the cereal-and-fruit style continental breakfast you might be used to in the west. Good location, easily accessible by the Tokyo Metro.
Cons: the cleaning staff gave me a new, individually wrapped toothbrush each day, which seemed a little excessive on plastic (although the toothbrushes are made from recycled materials so that's something) The mattress is very stiff, which didn't really bother me but I can see how it could be uncomfortable to others.
