Australia 🇦🇺

Pros: Older style complex which appears run down on outside however unit is clean, fresh, modern. There is a washing machine & cupboard area for luggage. The location is absolutely fantastic - a few minutes walk from train station on Yamanote Line (1 stop from shinjuku). Unit is a couple of streets back from the busy main area so is nice & quiet yet extremely close to food, chemists, snacks, 7/11 & lawson (everything you want & need). The unit complex has secure entry, doesn’t have a lift & stairs are required to be taken. The owner is friendly & and the instructions provided were very clear & concise, making arrival a simple process.

Cons: Older complex set amongst residential buildings. No lift, few flights of stairs required to be taken, stairs are external but covered & wide to carry luggage. Was not an issue even when raining.

Pros: La localisation vraiment très proche de la yamanote, et également proche de shinjuku à pied. Quartier calme et résidentiel.

Cons: Les voisins un peu bruyant mais jamais trop tard dans la nuit
