Pros: Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Located close to public transport, convenience store and supermarket. We had a very comfortable stay.

Cons: Some street noise at night/early morning.

Pros: I love that the bus stop and 7-eleven are literally right outside the apartment. It was very convenient. The train station was few minutes away too so it wasn't that far. The apartment was so clean and the beds were very comfy and wide so can definitely can fit 5 people. Host provided power adapters which was super convenient too. Honestly this stay exceeded our expectations and will definitely tell my friends to book this place since they are planning on coming to visit the beautiful Japan 🥰

Cons: The bathroom is right next to the kitchen. Which was a first we have ever seen. However, that was a minor thing. We looked past it as we are adapting to japanese norms. 😊 Everything was perfect otherwise

comfortable stay for family of four

Pros: decent location, lots of amenities, comfortable beds, many outlets and nice laundry machine and facilities available.

Cons: might be more of a booking.com issue because i couls not get the checkin details through email and had to scramble for a way to contact the landlord for the checkin details.

Exceptional & Comfortable

Pros: The property is very clean and is close to where you want to go especially the Gotokuji Temple a 10min walk away. 7/11 is right next door which was a bonus and a supermarket around the corner. This area was very nice and comfortable to stay at. The train station is a couple minutes away. We enjoyed our stay at this property the beds were the best too very comfortable. A very spacious property for 5 of us. Definitely recommended.

Cons: Nothing to say that we didn’t like unless you don’t like a couple of stairs otherwise awesome apartment.

Good stay

Pros: We loved staying in Setagaya. Quiet area but is only a 30 minute bus ride away from Shibuya. There is also a good coffee shop, 7/11 and a supermarket nearby. Communication with the staff/host was good.

Cons: The room layout was a little odd due to the shower being in the kitchen area. We only stayed for a week and did not have to cook so it did not really bother us. It might be something to consider if you’re looking for a longer stay.

Well-situated apartment with lots of room.

Pros: The apartment was a good size, with nice bright outlook due to large windows. Although in a busy road to the front, the rear was quieter for sleeping. There was ample room in the bedrooms, comfy beds, good storage, and everything required in the kitchen except a knife and a teapot. We bought those and left them for future users.🙂. The shower was good. Location was great - close to Kamimachi Station, on a bus route to Shibuya and Santengaya, near to the beautiful Gotokuji shrine ( amongst others), a 7-11, a bigger supermarket, cafes and shops. It is PERFECT for the Boroitchi flea market event in December and January - literally across the road. That was a highlight of my stay. This apartment is definitely more than just a place to sleep. It allows you to live like a local. Recommended if you want a place that feels like home.

Cons: Having the shower in the kitchen area was odd, but OK if sharing the apartment with close friends.

Pros: なんでも揃ってました！ すぐそこにコンビニ、スーパーもユニクロも近くにあって、足りないものはすぐに買い足せる。 バス停は目の前で便利だし、2階だったからか騒音もそんなに気になりませんでした。バスの発着音はします。

Cons: 階段なので、でっかいスーツケースを持って登るのは少し怖かった。それくらい。 お風呂が変わった場所にあるけれど、私たちはささっとシャワー派なのでなんの問題もなし。 お風呂大事！という人は注意が必要かも。

Comfortable stay in lovely Seta area!

Pros: A great little spot in beautiful Setagaya-ku. It was fun taking the tram around to get to the property from the main train line. The apartment itself was comfortable and quirky, everything you would expect in Japan. Fab to have a 7/11 right next door so it was easy to get morning coffee and combini breakfast.

Cons: Blackout curtains could be a little thicker and longer in the bigger bedroom as the street light outside is very bright.

Pros: Alles sauber und gut organisiert. Einkaufen und Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Die 45 Min. Busfahrt nach Shibuya waren auch kein Problem.

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Terrace Terano. Le quartier est très sympa, avec plein de petits cafés, mais très calme. L'appartement était petit, mais confortable. L'hôte était super gentil, il nous a expédié très rapidement des peluches que ma fille a oublié dans sa chambre.

Cons: Rien à dire.
