Miki Hall Akabane

Pros: Literally the best price-performance ratio accommodation that we ever stayed at in Japan. You get everything you could need for your stay, kitchen supplies, cutlery, plates, cups, a big fridge, kettle, microwave, TV, hairdryer, all the cleaning supplies you might need, even a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub,shower gel and shampoo. Honestly If I could give more stars, I definitely would.

Pros: Good value for money, and near Akabane Station. There's a coin laundry immediately below the property so it's quite convenient.

Cons: * No space to cook. * Just a minor thing -- I couldn't connect to wifi when I arrived, and it took me a while to figure it out: the router wasn't plugged. LOL

Love to stay here

Pros: The host is very kind. The room matches with picture.

Cons: Toilet problem / Power cut / lift maintenance period but I have a good service.

Comfy Beds, Great as home base for sleeping. Old school and a little worn down.

Pros: Easy check-in and Check-out. It was silent and the bathroom was comfy. Overall the train station was close by and there were several places to eat or buy snacks or groceries. Comfy beds.

Cons: The cleaning in the room was alright, however, it was very dusty in the corridor. The Television in the room was also very small and located far away from the beds, so it was barely usable.

Pros: I liked how simple it was to check on the room and get in and out, as well as the location and the overall room we got was very good.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: ８日間の滞在にお得な料金で泊まれた 施設は年期が入っているが部屋の掃除はされていた エレベーターやホールの掃除は必要 部屋に電子レンジがあって お弁当を暖められて助かった 風呂場の洗い場が広くシャワ－が良かった

Cons: ベッドのマットレスが柔らかく体が沈むので 首が痛くなった テレビが時々電波障害で見られなくなった 歯ブラシはなかった

Buen alojamiento y bien conectado

Pros: Es una zona tranquila, cerca de una estación y con konbinis y restaurantes cerca. Además, si lo necesitasen, tiene una lavandería justo debajo. En verano se agradece mucho el aire acondicionado. Está muy bien. El encargado del alojamiento estuvo atento a los mensajes por si necesitábamos algo y era muy amable.

Cons: Sentí que faltaba un espejo de cuerpo completo para uno poder prepararse bien pero nada grave.

Très pratique

Pros: Le lit était confortable, il y avait un micro-onde et un frigidaire. Et la climatiseur fonctionnait. Salle de bain à la japonaise et une laverie en bas du bâtiment.

Pros: Located in a walkable distance from Akabane station, which is connected directly with the JR lines to the popular places in Tokyo, such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ueno, etc. The place itself is compact enough for two, have complete amenities as listed, and comfortable for staying longer days. Even if there is no washing machine in the room, there are 24h coin laundry shop located just at the entrance of the building, making it easier for us to wash clothes whenever we want. Overall satisfied with our stay here!

Cons: The pillow is a bit thin and not that comfortable to be used for sleeping. Perhaps the quality of the pillow can be improved for the future.

Affordable and great place to stay.

Pros: Short walk from the station. Has basic amenities, didn't need to buy my own.
