Very surprised (in a good way)

Pros: It's one of the best BnB styles I've ever experienced. Everything we needed we found there. The facilities were great, the host made sure to make us very comfortable over there.

Cons: The only thing is that there's no elevator, and it's on the 4th floor, which made it hard to bring my baggage and my sleeping 6yo daughter upstairs.
