Amazing and easy stay

Pros: Good location and super good value for money!! Easy check in/out and Staff was helpful.

Cons: With 8 people be aware it is very squishy but otherwise it was great

Pros: Tidy and comfortable. Great value and good communication

Cons: Washing machine. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Very pleasant ☺️

Nice apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location and more space for us than we expected.

Cons: There was a problem with the hot water, which took a day to resolve.

Ema Eve House

Pros: Great position. Large enough for family of 5. Easy check in check out.

Cons: No communal sitting area however this is understandable considering the house caters for bigger families.

Japan Trip

Pros: The house was only 15 minit to 10 minit walk from the nearest train station and 7elevan and lawson very near the house.

Great location and very comfortable and quiet.

Pros: Beds very comfortable, clean, great location. Lots of hanging space, wardrobe area. Great heating, well equipped kitchen

Cons: Would like a couch/ sitting area that is not on beds

Good value stay in the heart of Korea Town

Pros: The location was great—right in the center of Korea Town yet tucked away on a quiet, safe street, with two stations within a 10-minute walk. It was spacious enough for four people and offered great value for money, though it might feel crowded with a larger group. Lots of grocery stores and fruit shops nearby.

Cons: The kitchen had very few utensils (not even a knife), but since we ate out most of the time it wasn’t a big issue. One night, a downstairs neighbor threatened to call the police, likely due to frustration with multiple short-term rentals in the building, so it’s best to keep noise to a minimum as the walls are thin and you can hear neighbors easily. :)

Pros: 大人4人子供2人の計女6人で泊まったのですが すごく良かったです。 子供達も大喜びでした。 6人が座れるテーブルも置いてあり みんなそこでゆっくりしている感じでした。 横の家の声が聞こえるぐらいには壁は薄いので そこだけお互い気をつけた方が迷惑にならないかなーといった感じでした。 ほかは特に気になることもなく 新大久保も東新宿駅も近いので立地も最高でした。 また利用したいと思いました！

Pros: Great value for price, beds were very comfortable. Although the apartment felt a little crammed at times, the use of space for bed placements made it worth it, as it allows 5 people to sleep in separate beds. All appliances worked well and amenities provided included soap, shampoo, hand foam soap and laundry soap.

Cons: Curtains could not fully cover all sunlight coming in, occasionally leading to an early wake-up for light sleepers.

Excellent séjour!

Pros: L’emplacement était incroyable. Pour 6 personnes, le logement était parfait!
