Perfect for a Tokyo stay

Pros: Efficient and easy check-in, well-accomodated property, and great location! Perfect for a city stay, whether a brief few nights or a little longer.

Nice Location

Pros: Property near Shin-Okubo Station, 7-11 and lots of restaurants like Ikinari.

Cons: We were on the 3rd floor and it was quite a challenge climbing the stairs with our luggages.

Basic but good

Pros: The location was pretty good, was close enough to busy areas to be interesting but not too close that you could hear any noise. I'm told it was cheap for the area, had everything we needed and not to small.

Cons: Didn't like the key system to retrieve the key for the stay, it wasn't very intuitive and confused as and made us think we had the wrong property. The bathroom was pretty basic but met our needs. It didn't come with a fancy toilet (warm seat, bidet) that seems to be the standard everywhere else in japan.

Pros: 駅からも近くでコンビニも近くにあり、鍵の不具合にも素早く対応して下さり大変ありがとうございました。又東京に来た際には利用したいと思いました。

Pros: 위치는 살짝 메인거리와 멀긴 하지만 청결도도 좋고 일단 동네가 조용해서 좋았습니다 아쉬운건 화장대가 없는거만 빼고 좋았습니다

Pros: Great value, check-in/check-out by yourself is very easy, and the room is very spacious for Tokyo! Definitely will consider again for a longer stay.
