Great location

Pros: The apartment was generally clean and comfortable. It's within easy walking distance from both a train and metro station, and the hint from owner about which stations to use was very helpful. Although an additional hint about which exit to take from the metro station would have been nice too! It's located on a quiet street just off the main road, which means it's quiet at night but there's lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons: The shower is connected to a wash room which doesn't have a door. There's no where to put a dry towel or change of clothes in the shower area, which makes changing in privacy a bit difficult. A privacy curtain over the entry to the washroom would have helped. My 63 year old mother also slipped several times trying to get out of the bath. There was no handrail or non-slip bath mat.

Cons: Quite a number of tourists. Cleanliness on the street is not up to Japan's standard.

Pros: It was spacious. The bathing facilities where excellent.

Cons: It wasn't the original place I booked, because it was part of a residential building we couldn't make loud noise after 8pm, even though the baby was crying next door.

Pros: Its a perfect place for one or 2 people, it was the most esential you need, the are its calm, yoou can find many stores near by, the place was super clean!

Pros: Exceptional value for money apartment at the heart of Shinjuku. Clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. I’d definitely recommend for a couple or solo travelers. Go for it!

Pros: 独立2间房，分开睡更开心。 到达时，房主已经打开了空调暖屋，非常贴心。 有独立的厨房，微波炉，冰箱，电磁炉和锅具也有，有塑料餐具。 餐桌很大，很喜欢。 马桶，洗浴区分离。有洗衣机。 小区安静，床舒服。

Cons: 1，钥匙的密码锁在大门对面的铁网上，刚到的时候，找了半天没找到，一下子有点慌了，结果在身后，希望密码锁的位置可以在大门上贴着，方便一眼就找到。 2，提供的餐具是不能进微波炉的，所以没法热菜热面包之类的。 3，距离新大久保站有一定的距离，要走10分钟，有点远。 4，晾衣服只能在客厅支晾衣架，挤压了客厅的空间。 5，衣架有点不够，如果要洗衣服的话，希望提供塑料衣架。 6，这家民宿太火了，没有订上连续的4天，只定了到了2晚，大家一定要提前几个月预订哦！
