Pros: Excellent location with a direct train from Haneda Airport, close to Asakusa, Senso-ji Temple, and Skytree. Friendly staff with quick responses to our requests, and an easy, smooth self check-in.
Cons: The room is small, which is typical in Japan, but still okay for a family of four to stay.

Pros: it's kind of close to asakusa where the temple is. approx. 15mins 🚶♂️
Cons: it's in the community area . keep the noise down if you are traveling in a group. we did get a warning letter from the hostel,where in the end the noise was from the other group.

Comfortable and value for money
Pros: Excellent location, close to Asakusa train station, attractions, river and Skytree, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Self check in but staff were very helpful when I needed to extend my non-refundable booking. Small but adequate. Great to have a washing machine. Comfortable beds. Great view of Skytree!
Cons: The lift was a bit claustrophobic!

Pros: All was good , the place is a bit old but clean . Heaving two showers and two toilets was great , especially that we are family of 5 . Location was good , short walk from metro station and market street . Some convenience stores near by . Easy communication with management stuff. We are happy with our choice . Elevator did not work on our check out day . We had to carry down our suitcases . It was a challange , as the stair case was narrow and it was so hot :)

Great location, clean and comfortable spot in Asakusa
Pros: The property is at a great location, super easy find, really close and quick walk to Asakusa Station, easy to arrive from airport, its also really close to Senjoi temple and other shops and markets. The property is clean, has necessity amenties. The property management is accomodating, allowed for luggage storage given the check in is at 4 PM
Cons: It is a bit small for 4 people, great for a small family. The is a lot of requirements to be quite and Not move the luggages which is hard with heavy luggages

Almost perfect. Shower drain was the only major problem.
Pros: Enough space even for 6 people. The hallway space is wide enough for luggages so we did not have to bring them into the room/living space while still having access to the toilet and shower. I appreciate that the sofa bed was ready with a mattress and pillow. We didn't have to turn the couch into a bed ourselves. Two separate toilets, so there's one the others can use while someone is in the shower. All facilities are readily available. Close but not too close to the train station, feels farther when it's raining and you're carrying souvenirs. I'd still consider it a positive. The view from the bridge still made the walk worth it.
Cons: The bedroom has no door, so there is no privacy if people want it. The lift is quite old, a bit scary to use, but works. The laundry closet has no lights, and its door blocks the light coming from the hallway. The shower drain was terrible in room 401. Within 10 seconds of having the water running, drain could no longer keep up.

Conventient place to stay
Pros: The room was close to the sky tower, with a short 15 minute walk. There was plenty of transportation around and we were able to dart around Tokyo from this location. There is a vending machine 2 minute walk from the place where you can get some coffee, or creamy soda. We went during August so the humidity and heat outside was wild, however the apartment was easy to cool down and give us plenty of relief from the heat and humidity. There were two toilets and two showers so there was never a bathroom waiting issue.
Cons: Sadly we did have some noisy neighbours, we can't really fault the property for this at all though.

Grandma, two tired parents and two (11 and 9 year old) kids.
Pros: We loved the location. Easy train rides to many of Tokyo’s districts. Walking distance to amazing views at the Sky Tree (book ahead for preferred time). And a scenic walk across the bridge to temple.
