Pros: Clean, modern and very spacious apartment located 10 mins from the closest JR station. Nice and quiet due to being on a side street. Very clear instructions provided for check in and rubbish disposal in the house manual. Very comfortable bed!

Cons: Not a major issue, just be aware there are multiple teams that manage Dash Living, hence questions during your stay are to be sent to a different contact than via Booking.com messages.

Pros: Great self contained flat in good location right next to metro and vibrant nightlife, but very quiet.

Pros: The location was close to 1 station and a short walk to Ueno Station so we had no issues getting around. The room was a great size for 2 people. Loved the drying facilities in the shower. Everything was amazing!!

Pros: Best accommodation we'va had during our trip in japan. Big room, gas kitchen. We were able to enjoy japanese bath unit experience. (And waste sorting experience..) Location is also very good too

Pros: New apartment, modern, clean and comfortable to stay in the NO SMOKING area. The communication from staff was excellent. Quiet neighborhood, which was wonderful.

Cons: The code door was difficult to use and did not lock properly sometimes. It needed several tries. In this sense, a little too modern.

Pros: I highly recommend this place to everyone, they included all the things we need and have kitchen. The customer support center replied the messages very fast and very helpful. It’s very close to Ueno Park and Ueno area, I am very excited to stay here again in Sakura season
