Pros: Larger room and bed than the average discount Tokyo hotel. Great ventilation in smoking rooms, not stale smoke smell in halls like other smoking hotels. Amazing location and very helpful staff. Free luggage storage after check out is a huge plus if your flight or train is later in the day.

Cons: Lack of food or drink options on site, but closest grocery, liquor stores and restaurants are about 5 minutes away.

Pros: The property is clean and the staff is super nice. I booked a week stay there and asking the owner to just one night due to smoking room situation. I am allergic to smoke. He is happily help and assist me throughout the process.

Pros: English speaking staff, they even let me try to speak Japanese to them It's listed as non smoking, but it's definitely has people smoking in it, you even get an ashtray so 🤷🏻‍♂️ a plus if you smoke I guess, if not maybe don't try it Was a good stay
